The Orta Blu Science Heroes Team continues studying their project on weekends in Kayseri. “Young Solutions for an Aging Population” is the theme of this year. After defining the project concept, we start collecting information from different sources.

The Orta team paid a visit to the Kayseri Nursing Home and celebrated their new year, chatting with residents about their daily nuisances. It was not only residents, but also doctors, dieticians, psychologists, and facility managers. This was such a great experience for us to contribute our project.

The second step was meeting with the Orta medical team, engineers, social services officer, architects, and lawyers. This helped us build our project infrastructure.

Weekends are not just for studying, we also have fun! We share our school chronicles, chat about daily problems, and help each other with our homework. Soccer games and table tennis are pretty popular, as well. Our mentors teach us about the basic principles of photography. When the bell rings at 12:00 noon time, nobody wants to leave project room.

Robotics studies are in full flow…The robot arm design is nearly finished.

Lots of fun all together…We feel lucky being a part of the Science Heroes project.

Stay tuned with us.
