Hang on to your hats—and looms—fiber lovers. The Textile Arts Center is currently accepting preorders for TAC, a biannual print magazine celebrating “all things textiles.” Each 95-page bumper issue will put a modern spin on age-old traditions. Expect to find full-length features (anyone up for a jaunt to a solar-powered fiber farm in the Hudson Valley?), visual travel journals, behind-the-scenes studio visits, interviews, trend forecasts, and hands-on tutorials. Plus, every volume will dedicate a full page to a single designer, including a fabric swatch from his or her newest collection.
