Daimer® Super Max™ SCW systems offer a number of features to make them easy to use, efficient and environmentally friendly. The car wash machines cleaning only with steam, so operators who are unfamiliar with pressure washers have fewer options and decisions to make. (Some pressure washers for more advanced users can clean with cold water or even super heated hot water.)
The car wash machines support ultra low flow rates, which reduces overspray and water waste. The 60 Hz 6120SCW and 60 Hz 6230SCW offer flow rates of .5 GPM. The 50 Hz 6235SCW offers a flow rate of 1.9 LPM. The machines also heat using clean-burning propane gas, which is known to produce minimal exhaust. (The 60 Hz machines can hit 250ºF and the 50 Hz machine can hit 121ºC.)
Note: For exterior auto detailing applications, Daimer® recommends pressure washers. Machines, such as steam cleaners, are not recommended for cleaning vehicle exteriors. Steam systems are ideal for cleaning hard surfaces, such as plastics, molding, dashboards and vents, inside vehicles.
