One thing I love about Levi’s is their heritage story. They are the first denim brand, and have since remained synonymous with the classic jean. Over the years, they’ve evolved, joining in with collaborations with Pendleton (another heritage brand)  and this year, they’ve taken the vintage idea to another level. By repourposing vintage quilted blankets into one-of-a-kind twill and chambray pieces for women. This isn’t your normal repourposing piece, as the quilts are over dyed indigo, they retain the denim feeling, but with added texture and detail. Note the chambray shirt has that detail that you would not expect in a causal piece, but it’s also not overbearing, so it can be a subtle surprise you can dress up.

The limited edition collection hits select Levi’s® Stores and Levi.com this week and consists of a woven shirt, cropped pants, shift dress and reversible vest. These styles range in price from $148 to $198.
