Photographed while out and about in New York City, Katie Holmes looked to be in good spirits. She wore her STROM Brand Tre Codex skinny jeans with a black turtleneck, cropped black leather jacket and boots.

I find Katie’s style to be hit or miss. I appreciate that she tries new things out but sometimes it just misses the mark a bit. This is one of those outfits for me. I think it would be much better without the jacket, which I think is a bit too cropped and makes the proportions off.
