I’ll be honest, when rompers first emerged as a choice summer staple, I wasn’t convinced that the look could be pulled off by anybody over the age of seven. They just seemed so… Sesame Street. Probably because the last time I’d worn one, that was my favorite show. Lately, however, I’ve spotted a few ladies in denim rompers who’ve completely changed my opinion. Bold accessories, statement shoes and cinched-in waists are making the trend much more wearable for former skeptics like me. So now that I know there’s a way to rock a romper that works for me, I just need to figure out how to make summer last a few weeks longer.
