With the upcoming climate summit at the U.N., there are many plans to shed light on current environmental issues. But none more so than the endangered species that will be projected on the side of U.N. headquarters this weekend, which, quite literally, places them in the spotlight.

The endangered species, as well as other imagery, will be projected on the U.N. building on Sat. Sept. 20th from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., courtesy of the Colorado-based Oceanic Preservation Society, a non-profit promoting marine conservation and environmentalism.

The OPS team is also behind “Racing Extinction,” a film following a team of activists who “tell the story of climate change through the lens of species extinction,” which premiered at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival.
