CANOVERA Arqutectura recently unveiled their new shopping center located amidst a lush garden in Avándaro, Mexico. Plaza Andaro carefully integrates within the unlikely location by mimicking the surrounding trees through the reuse of wooden railway ties as external blinds. The pavilion-like architecture is organized around the existing trees in the center of the site and meanders around a seasonal river to form several smaller squares.
