In the short comedy video by Girl Pants Productions, a series of hilarious sketches demonstrate how climate change deniers sound to the rest of us.

Climate change deniers. Unfortunately, you can’t escape them. Worst still, you usually can’t change them. But you can make fun of them, which is precisely what Girl Pants Productions does in a hilarious new video.

In the short comedy video, a series of sketches of “real life” situations arise, provoking some pretty funny dialogue that sounds exactly how climate change deniers sound to the rest of us (realistic/educated) folk.

In one instance, someone tells their friend, “You should probably slow down. That’s a yellow light,” to which the driver responds, “What do you want me to do about it? It’s going to turn red. It’s been red before.”

Another sketch shows a house on fire. A young woman exclaims, “We have to stop those flames!” Her friend responds: “I’m not a firefighter. I’m not qualified to make those decisions!”

A second car sequence features a driver asking his passenger, “Do you think the engine is overheating?” The passenger’s response? “I don’t know…it feels pretty good right here.”

Ha! It’s a super smart video and one that you should definitely show to the climate change deniers in your life. If Bill Nye can’t sway their ridiculous ways, maybe this ridiculously funny video will.
