By now we’re all pretty comfortable with horizontal striped, well, almost everything. I love nautical stripes in navy and white, especially paired with cropped, black skinny jeans. The look makes me feel like a hybrid of a french sailor and Audrey Hepburn. Very Coco Chanel, I suppose.

But what about when we take that comfortable notion of stripes and turn it 90 degrees? How do we feel about vertical stripes? Specifically, on our  jeans. I wouldn’t call it a full-on trend yet, but I’ve seen more and more brands from Paige to Genetic Denim embrace this bold print.
