I’ve been a big fan of Paige Denim for a long time, and count some of their jeans amongst my all-time favorites. I always enjoy attending their previews to see what new styles, prints and colors they will roll out for the coming season.

However, today I have a bone to pick with Paige. Why, oh why must these ultra-cool printed Verdugo skinnies be exclusive to British department store, Selfridges & Co.? All of you UK-based readers are quite lucky, I must say. I love the paneled style of the prints and stripes up the leg. The scarf print trend is big right now, and this is really the first time I’ve seen it used on denim.

These jeans, which run at a (slightly steep) price tag of about three hundred and fifty pounds come in three color ways, Madame, Versailles (my favorite) and St. Petersburg. With these jeans, I think a simple silk blouse in a bold, solid color, black or white would be perfect – add a sexy shoe and you’re done.

The print definitely reminds me of that Celine print from Spring 2011 that appeared on skateboards, silk blouses and pants and on the back of one Kanye West.
