Nicole Richie was all smiles as she visited VH1′s You Oughta Know Live in New York. The reality star wore a pair of the J Brand 620 in Blackout with some oxfords and a shaggy Smythe jacket.

Just like white denim, I am liking that we are seeing distressed denim carry onto the cold season. The edge that it adds to the cleaner looks is very appealing, in my opinion. Plus distressed denim is just cool. How many of you are also wearing your ripped jeans this season?
